In their recent 89th Annual Meeting, the United States Conference of Mayors adopted a resolution “In Support of Critical Race Theory in Public K-12 Education,” which states, “NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the nation’s mayors support the implementation of CRT in the public education curriculum…”
Here’s the kicker. This resolution was sponsored by Boise Mayor Lauren McLean!
My Education Task Force has taken the lead on highlighting the problems with Critical Race Theory (CRT) even as critics claimed it wasn’t happening in Idaho. Clearly, these critics haven’t been paying attention because the Boise Mayor and the United States Conference of Mayors are actively pushing CRT into our public schools.
We will continue to push back against this Marxist agenda that teaches our children to hate America and to hate each other.
